“ When visiting Osh, friends invite me to Brownie's for coffee, a snack, and some mulled wine. The atmosphere is cozy, the lighting is subdued, but the ventilation is poor. But that's more the building owner's fault than the establishment's. As soon as they turn on the lights, you're stuck there, freezing. The prices are above average. There's no restroom on the floor; you have to walk from the third floor to the first floor, which is a significant drawback. It's a nice place to spend time, but not a good place for a meal for an Easterner. ”

The stairs are quite dark, so be careful, it's easy to trip, especially going back up. The menu isn't very extensive, but they have unusual coffee, snacks, and breakfast. The prices are below average for the city. The view from the window is of the city, particularly the Kilechek Market area. It's probably one of the highest vantage points. It's the panoramic windows that create this impression. There are plenty of tables, and the waiters are also very friendly, but it's really sad that they prefer to sit and chat among themselves and aren't in a hurry to take your order, which is especially sad when the place is already empty. P.S. The cocktail was very sweet! ”
